Shipping Policy
At Garage Brand Soap, every order is packed with care from our workshop in Florida.
Processing Time
● Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
● Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
● During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
● $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders under $40.
● FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $40 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within:
● USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
● USPS Priority Mail (when selected): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of any damaged packaging and products so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are handmade and orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of handmade soap and skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
Unused, unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
● We shipped the wrong item.
● The product arrived damaged.
● The product has a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If your soap arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
