Shipping policy

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only (domestic shipping). Orders are processed within 2 business days before they ship, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Cancellations
Because we fulfill orders quickly, cancellation requests can only be honored within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel an order, email us at garagebrandsoap@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. After the 1-hour window, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Refunds
Refunds are available upon reasonable request — for example, if an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product. Contact us at garagebrandsoap@gmail.com with your order number and we'll evaluate your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if there's a problem, so we can make it right.
